Team Member Feature: Frederick Ogburn
We would like you to meet our team member, Frederick Ogburn. Frederick is an TAB Project Manager for ES2 and has worked at ES2 for six years.
Are you originally from Oklahoma?
I was born in Oklahoma City, but moved to Mustang, Oklahoma.
Tell me about any certifications, degrees, or training you have?
I am a Certified TAB Technician through NEBB.
Tell me what your experience working for ES2 has been like?
From the beginning, ES2 has made me feel valued and supported in my professional growth. I joined the company with no experience in the industry, and through hard work and the opportunities ES2 provided, I became a certified TAB technician and later a Project Manager in the TAB department. I’m grateful to be part of a company that invests in its people.
Describe a typical workday for you?
Some days I’m preparing and reviewing reports, coordinating with contractors, and answering questions from my technicians. Other days, I’m out in the field working alongside them. Fieldwork can look different from project to project, depending on the environment and what each job requires.
What is your favorite aspect of your job?
One of my favorite parts of the job is getting a behind-the-scenes look at the interesting places where we work—many of which most people never get to see.
Do you have any hobbies outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing sports with my kids, and cheering them on at their games. I also coach my youngest son’s tee-ball team.

Tell us about your family?
I’ve been happily married to my wonderful wife, Shaynia, for five years. Together, we have four children: Selah, FaeLynn, Noah, and Eli.
